The mission of the
National Joint
Apprenticeship and
Training
Committee is to
develop and standardize training to educate the members of the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the National
Electrical Contractors Association; insuring and providing the
Electrical Construction Industry with the most highly trained
and highly skilled workforce possible.

|
The NJATC was created over 58 years ago and
has developed into what perhaps is the largest apprenticeship
and training program of its kind. This joint program
between the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA)
and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW)
has clearly demonstrated the most cost effective way to train
qualified craft workers.
